1. Heat the mold in water at 45-50 °C (113-122 °F) for 15 to 20 seconds.
2. Place the softened mold inside your grillz.
3. Put the grillz on your teeth and bite down firmly for 3 minutes.
4. Dip it in cold water to set the mold.

No, not all of them. The mold is mainly used for bigger styles that cover several teeth, so they hold well and stay comfortable.

• Small styles (one or two teeth) don’t need one.
• Some styles like the Open Frame & Solid Bottom are also worn without a mold.
