1. Drop the mold in water at 45-50 °C (113-122 °F) for 15 to 20 seconds.
2. Place the softened mold inside the grillz, spread evenly.
3. Put it on your teeth and bite down firmly for 3 minutes.
4. Take it out and dip it in cold water to set the shape.

You can repeat the process as many times as you need.

We recommend taking your grillz out to eat and to sleep. Rinse it with lukewarm water after each use and keep it in its case.
