How to mold your grillz
- Heat the mold in water at 45-50 °C (113-122 °F) for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Place the softened mold inside your grillz.
- Put the grillz on your teeth and bite down firmly for 3 minutes.
- Dip it in cold water to set the mold.
Do all grillz come with a mold?
No, not all of them. The mold is mainly used for bigger styles that cover several teeth, so they hold well and stay comfortable.
- Small styles (one or two teeth) don’t need one.
- Some styles like the Open Frame & Solid Bottom are also worn without a mold.
