Common questions

My tracking isn’t showing anything

That’s normal for the first 24 to 72 hours after shipping: the carrier needs to scan the package first. Try again a bit later.

My package hasn’t moved in several days

During international transit, a package can go several days without an update. If nothing changes after 7 days, message us.

My package shows as delivered but I don’t have it

Check your mailbox, ask your neighbors or building staff, and look for a delivery notice. If it’s still missing, contact us with your order number.
